Episode 18: Coping with Depression and Anxiety | Getting Unstuck and Moving On
/

Kamille shares her story of coping with depression and anxiety. Kamille’s husband, Clint, battled bone cancer for four years. During that time, she was running two businesses and raising three children. Clint passed away in September of 2015. Kamille remarried, only to have it end in divorce just three years later. Life is not easy; but by having faith in God, listening to His voice and taking massive action, Kamille transformed her life. She also suffered from anxiety and sought help from medical professionals. Kamille shares her feelings of being out-of-shape and not liking herself. She set her sights on a half marathon. Since then she has participated in ten half marathons, two full marathons and two Ragnar Relay Races. “You never know what you can accomplish if you just keep trying and believe in yourself.” You are not alone. You are not weak. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and receive it.

Kamille’s Updated Sad Protocol List:

1. Feast on the words of Christ

2. Pray to my Heavenly Father

3. Buy a lipstick (hey, no one is perfect)
