It can be so draining and exhausting to be around people who are negative. On the flip side it’s addicting to be around those that choose happiness, love, and light. In this week’s episode I discuss how kindness and hate are contagious and what we can do to invite or detour ourselves from contracting more or less of the attributes we desire.
